Bowlers turn out for McCallum fours

 

Two full greens of bowlers played in the 26th annual McCallum Family Christmas Fours tournament at the Maungaturoto Bowling Club on December 17. Prizes valued at $2,500 were distributed to winners with a special $1,200 combo prize for the overall winner of both this tournament and the Heatley Memorial Fours.

Club president Ted Mooney said he was extremely proud of club members who contributed to the running of the tournament and also for their participation.

1st Kevin Robinson’s team, Maungaturoto; 2nd Alan Stebben’s team, Mangawhai; 3rd Ian McMurchey’s team, Maungatapere.
