Talent shines in pool

Records galore have tumbled at the recent Rodney College swimming sports. Young star Ruby Ewing broke six intermediate girls records: 25m Butterfly 15.07s, 75m Medley 58.68s, 50m Freestyle 31.19s, 100m Freestyle 1m 7.50s, 25m Backstroke 17.47s, 50m Backstroke 36.03s.

Ethan Whyte (pictured) broke the 25m senior boys breaststroke record with a time of 16.66s then went on to set a new record at the Lower North Championships for the 25m Breaststroke with a time of 16.25s.
