Make 2018 your year of wellbeingThe year has begun, and many of us start with New Year’s resolutions to get fit, balance life stress and work. It certainly is a busy place with all the extra holidaymakers, sometimes a little stressful as we find it harder to get parking or a seat at our local restaurants. Life can take over and you can forget what's most important. Sometimes you’re so busy caring for others or working hard or playing hard. Make 2018 the year to take care of you. Be selfish if that's what it is. Give yourself time to breathe, a walk on the beach. If you’re still on holiday or back at work, take the time. It's the year of personal wellbeing. What do you need to re-centre? Start your year with a goal to care for yourself more, have a monthly massage, try a body scrub. A regular treatment at a beauty clinic is all about your wellbeing and giving yourself permission to put yourself first. Take care of your skin at home with regular cleansing and moisturing. Feed your body with healthy food choices, meet with friends and laugh and enjoy life in 2018. We live in such an amazing place let's make the most of it. It will be amazing to look back on 2018 and say ‘what a year I had, I feel like I truly cared for myself and I have been able to give to others’. This is what my goal is!
