New Cosmetic Medicine Clinic at Heads

Michele is a new Mangawhai local, married to Rob Leslie, a true Mangawhai local. She fell in love with Rob and also with Mangawhai so it made sense for her to start a new cosmetic medicine practice at The Heads.

Michele was a GP for 25 years until two years ago and has operated as a cosmetic medicine doctor for the past 12 years. Her philosophy regarding non-surgical cosmetic medicine is to enhance rather than change a patient’s natural attributes. “I believe my patients should look refreshed and healthy and any changes should be subtle, age-appropriate and attractive.”

To achieve this she uses a variety of dermal fillers and botulinum toxins. “I love what I do, it doesn’t feel like work. It's a privilege to help people feel good about themselves. I work closely with beauty therapist Charlotte Scott from Bliss to offer my patients the best results.” Michele’s extensive experience including Forensic Pathology, Paediatrics, Hospice and particularly General Practice has given her a firm grounding to allow her to follow her passion in Cosmetic Medicine. She is a Fellow of the College of General Practitioners and an accredited member of the New Zealand Society of Cosmetic Medicine.
