"We just want to get people settled into their new homes as soon as we can," says owner Paul Gray.

He says there has been a lot of interest from local people, but he's now seeing an uptick in interest from people outside the local area who can see the value of selling their home in Northern Auckland, putting money in the bank and living in a quieter, semi-rural area.

"We're incredibly proud of what we've achieved here at Bream Bay," says Paul. "There's already a feeling of community and we believe that's only going to grow over time."
