Ray Murphy is an architectural designer – licenced building practitioner and professional member of Architectural Designers of New Zealand. 

With a successful practice since 1980 he has worked on mostly residential design but has also been involved in numerous commercial projects such as retirement villages including the Ons Dorp Dutch Village in Henderson and Remuera Life Care.

Ray has also designed a number of churches – Glenfield Baptist and C3 Lautoka in Fiji – along with other light commercial warehouses.

With experienced knowledge and understanding of the consenting process along with a passion for practical and sensible design, Ray now offers his experience and expertise to Mangawhai property owners about to make their biggest investment.
