Every Wednesday is Kids Day at Waipu Natural Health, run by a team of experienced, qualified practitioners offering expertise in nutrition, mineral therapy, homeopathy, craniosacral therapy and reflexology to support you and your child. Practitioners work individually or as a team depending on what each child needs.

The idea began around six months ago, when a group of the clinics therapists recognised a need in the local community for integrative health support and decided to open its doors every Wednesday offering low cost treatments for families.

This tailored, holistic approach has seen wonderful results from a wide range of complaints since the initiative began, including childhood anxiety, reflux, eczema, headaches, insomnia, behavioral and learning difficulties, persistent cough and colds, acne, growing pains and more.

Whilst the team works with health from different vantage points they all recognise the capacity in the body for self-renewal and healing if given the right encouragement. Experience has shown that although emotional and environmental issues can negatively impact children’s health, they are fantastically receptive and responsive to these treatments which facilitate a positive shift towards healthy growth and development.

The team is keen to work alongside orthodox medicine by offering a complementary service. They also offer a supportive role to parents and carers.
