Agridustrial expanding its servicesAgridustrial means just what it says. It’s a broad spectrum of services that relates to both industrial and agricultural industries, and given the variation of both within the local area Agridustrial are performing an essential service.
The Hakaru company, run by the husband and wife team of Nathan and Tina Lusty have just added a new dimension to their service with the purchase of Shamrock, the Kaiwaka Service Centre, to better cope with local growth and servicing a wider area. That business will now be closed at its present site but will be incorporated with the Hakaru operation where former owner Ross Richardson, an experienced technician, will join the team giving further scope to the company in the servicing of local contractors. The Lustys took over the fledgling business from Turnbulls in 2013 and have further expanded from a single workshop and a one-man-band to three divisions and a mainly local staff totalling 18. They are able to carry out any repair or maintenance job be it automotive and WOF, truck or camper related including COF, or tractors, farm machinery and welding jobs – heavy or light. Nathan’s brother Ryan owns the business which is an important cog in the local machinery wheel. Between Agridustrial and Engtech Engineering all your bases are covered when it comes to keeping almost any class of vehicle on the road and in good running order. |
