Council appoints new chief executive
Kaipara District Council has appointed Graham Sibery as its new Chief Executive for a five-year term.
The Council has selected Graham Sibery to lead the organisation.
Ed Said - New management taking shape
Two names have recently come to the fore in regard to the immediate if not long term future of the Kaipara.
The first is that of Graham Sibery who has won the appointment of Council CEO

Fish tales are about to get bigger and longer as the Mangawhai Boating and Fishing Club prepare to celebrate their 50th anniversary on July 2 at the Mangawhai Tavern. It’s understood the first meeting was also held there so it is a fitting venue and organisers are looking for past members or people who have been involved.
