Footpath gridlock A concerned Mangawhai Focus reader sent us this picture of ‘footpath gridlock’ outside Four Square at Mangawhai Heads. Older residents had trouble negotiating the sign closest to the road, they said. Looks like pushchairs, wheelchairs and mobility scooters wouldn’t get through either.
