What’s your Christmas tradition?

 

I am finding it interesting in clinic chatting to our clients about their Christmas traditions and gift giving. Some families give presents for everyone, others do the secret Santa where you pick out a name and give to that one person. Others don't do presents and celebrate time with each other. Some families don't celebrate Christmas at all. 

Christmas can seem a bit commercial forgetting about what it's all about. I love Christmas, for me it's about spending time with my family and my animals. My favourite thing to do on Christmas day is to take my dogs for a walk! It’s about playing monopoly and card games, no stress just relaxing and being grateful for our health and family. Christmas for me is a time to reflect on the year been, relax, rejuvenate and celebrate with those closest to you.
