Mangawhai’s favourite play zone on show

Visitors and locals alike flocked to Mangawhai Activity Zone MAZ on Labour Weekend, as the park showcased for the first time its ever-expanding range of facilities.

Over 2500 people attended the Zone’s Active Day on October 22 making the event a great success, MAZ committee member, Ken Rayward says.

“We would like to thank our sole sponsor, Mangawhai Hire, who paid for all support including tents, generators and signage to my kebabs,” he says. ”And for everyone who came along, tried out all the new elements and donated a few coins to Mangawhai's most treasured park, a big thank you.”
