ORT hosts Arts On Tour

 

Otamatea Repertory Theatre will play host to Arts on Tour NZ this month.

Popular actor, comedian, MC, journalist, social commentator and mother, Michele A’Court, presents her latest stage offering Stuff I Forgot To Tell My Daughter, at the start of a nationwide tour.

The must-see show is for people who have had children, those who might have children and those who have been children.

The synopsis will have a familiar ring to most mothers.

Michele’s daughter Holly is now 23, but when she first got a job and flew the coop Michelle spent the following months remembering all the things she’d forgotten to tell her.

Stuff I Forgot To Tell My Daughter deals with all the big and small issues Michele forgot to tell Holly when she left home – from the right way to store ginger, to an explanation of feminism.

The R18 show will be hosted by Otamatea Repertory Theatre in Maungaturoto on Thursday March 17, 7.30pm. Adults $20 and Gold Card $18. Bookings at the door or online at www.ort.org.nz.
