Few more days to complete census
Anyone who has yet to complete a census form has until April 10 to return outstanding forms. Legal action can be taken against those who have not completed their census obligations.
Everyone who was in New Zealand on census night, 5 March 2013 is required by law to complete a 2013 Census form.
So far Statistics NZ has collected well in excess of 5 million census forms - individual and dwelling forms combined.
If your completed census forms are still sitting at home, please post them back now. Phone 0800 CENSUS (0800 236 787) and ask for a freepost envelope to post them back in. Call the 0800 number if you need forms or any other help.
