Sea serpent found on Mangawhai Beach

Local man Peter Farrell was doing his daily cliff walk circuit earlier this month and came across a strange and unusual creature at the Norther end of the surf beach.  Fortunately carrying his camera to catch those special moments, Peter was able to take some pictures.
