Stress impacts your skin and well-being28 Feb, 2022 Stress is a major cause in many skin conditions, I am seeing a lot of tired and unhealthy skin at the moment. There has been an underlying tension I think around Covid and life in general. If you are noticing your skin isn't looking its best and would like us to have a look, book a skin treatment or consultation, then you will know what you can do to help it. If you feel stress is impacting your well-being then I would definitely recommend a body treatment – a massage or Pure Fiji body wrap. Just give yourself some time to recharge and you will feel a lot better. If you’re stressed but not ready to have a massage, then have a pedicure. It's amazing how having someone take care of your feet can take away stress too. It's ok to be stressed and actually often we don't know we are. Some cues could be upset stomach, forgetfulness, pounding heart, sleeplessness, just not feeling like your old self. Take a moment to practice some deep breathing, be mindful, and give yourself permission to feel what you feel.
