Baker knows bestBritta Conrad has started up a new business specialising in European baking. She makes sweet treats with a European flavour, using recipes from France, Italy, Germany and Austria. At her stall next to Rush coffee at the Saturday market in Mangawhai she offers mini brioches, coconut biscuits, nutty delights and a divine pinolata cake made with short pastry and fruit. These sweet treats are rich and flavoursome, mostly gluten and dairy-free and baked using mainly organic ingredients. Drop by for a taste sensation.
