The name ‘MyPad’ immediately conjures up feelings of warmth and comfort doesn’t it?

MyPad has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with options of adding a covered outdoor area, a one or two bedroom sleep-out, a third bedroom or a boat shed. The modular approach means you can add the sleep-out or boat shed as your family grows or your budget allows. There are the three cladding options, a choice of a monopitch or gable roof and a two-hour consultation with their interior designer to select your colours.

MyPad includes a number of tried and tested easy living features. Internally, the space-saving window seat with built-in storage drawers is a great design feature, as well as the custom BBQ space.

Optional extras include a fish smoker, an indoor or outdoor fireplace, a cavity slider between living and hall, and built in deck seating – all options are covered!

Everything has been well thought out to create a functional and easy-to-live-in bach or home and, to prove its versatility, MyPad can be built on-site or pre-fabricated off-site and transported to your property.
