Rotary gift for shuttle service

Maungaturoto & Districts Rotary Club presented a $4000 cheque to Linking Hands at a tea meeting held last week.

voluntary organisation that relies on grants and donations, Linking Hands is a valuable health shuttle service that is used to get people with no public transport to health appointments, operating in an area from Matakohe to Mangawahi, and Kaiwaka to Ruakaka.

Spokesperson Jayne King said they were very thankful for the donation that would be put towards a new vehicle.
