Magic back in businessMagic Chinese Takeaways in Waipu has risen from the ashes after a devastating fire closed the business last August. Owner Colin Xu is thrilled to again be fully open to the public. Not only is the building fresh and new but so is the menu. Regulars have enjoyed a big range of traditional Chi-nese and Malaysian fare, soups, seafood and rice dish-es for some years now along with our family favourite fish and chips. But very soon Co-lin is introducing roasts-to-go – chicken, pork, beef, vegetar-ian and a range of vegetables and gravy for heart-warming winter meals. Stop in to Magic Takeaways and see their full menu or, bet-ter still, ring in your order and it will be ready for you when you arrive – they’re on the corner of Nova Scotia Drive, Waipu, and open seven days. |
