Ray White bigger, brighter, betterGrowing confidence within the local real estate industry was further evidenced by the recent opening of new offices by Mangawhai Ray White franchisees Stewart and Kaye McElwain and confirms their commitment to the area.
Stewart returned fulltime to real estate earlier mid-year following a long tenure in the hospitality, corporate fields and latterly economic development for Northland. Kaye has been selling real estate for over 12 years and, as well as her sales portfolio, their combined duties in an industry reliant on optimism now include a close monitoring of trends and financial forecasting as an integral part of day-to-day management of a growing sales team. The office was officially opened with a gathering of around 60 past and present clients, local business people, associates and other Ray White branch members. Purpose-built in Molesworth Drive, very close to the village, the new base occupies a prominent visual spot with plenty of parking and easy traffic movement, then inside, a better working environment for agents in which to provide a better service. The building is equipped with backlit signage, plasma screens showcasing Mangawhai property, iPads for clients’ use, and a comfortable lounge-style reception to relax in. Modern technology is part and parcel of the service required today by both buyer and seller. Says Kaye: “The move ties in well with the overall focus on growing both profile and market share. It has been a good opportunity to shape a new office build for clients and customers and has been a very rewarding experience. The result is a modern, open plan and interactive environment more easily accessable to both clients and customers to view not only property, but all aspects of lifestyle in Mangawhai and surrounding areas.” The Ray White Mangawhai office has completed a number of high profile sales during the past 12 months and Kaye is recognised as a leading performer in real estate in the area. FUTURE PROOF: Ray White Mangawhai has moved to a new custom-built high profile site. |
