Free courses offer job an financial supportJob and money woes? Help is at hand. Over the last year members of CauseWay Church members have trained in two courses designed to assist people of all ages and situations in the management of money and job-seeking and are now ready to open them to the Mangawhai community. And, the courses are free! Christians Against Poverty (CAP) is a charity and receives donations from many churches and individuals who want to help people in debt. CAP Money and CAP Job Club were established in England 18 years ago and have now grown to be one of Britain’s foremost establishments for assisting budgeting and debt management. Local Manager Yvonne Denize says the money management course teaches people budgeting skills and a simple, cash-based system that really works. Course entrants will be advised by professional people offering individual coaching and skills in helping make ends meet in a time when many budgets are stretched even past their limit. |
