Level 2 here we go again!

At the stroke of midday, long traffic queues began to form at the junction of Mangawhai's southern borders, along Mangawhai and Black Swamp Roads, with masked police especially brought up from Auckland questioning drivers and instructing some cars to turn around and head back the way they came. Shopping lines also grew outside Mangawhai Heads Four Square as stores returned to social distancing and the two metre apart rule.
